Aw! Check it out! Sian has made it onto @LydiaLeith’s blog :) I just spotted it now as I was doing my Jubilee corgi round-up post.
So, what’s going on here? Well, I was excited to discover via Twitter that Lydia was coming to Chapter’s Car Bootique last weekend with her own Temporary Tattoo Parlour (Sian and I were there with ARK’s story car, I promise I wasn’t stalking her!).
I found Lydia to be as nice in person as her tattoos are, and I was honoured to introduce her to her first corgi! Folks, I urge you all to indulge in a small degree of jubilee fever and go get something from Lydia’s shop - even the thank-you card she sends are a joy!

I’m delighted to see that the upcoming Diamond Jubilee is yielding the odd nice bit of corgi merch. It’s unusual to come across a corgi, nevermind a thing with a corgi on it, but just recently I’ve seen some really nice corgi-related bits and bobs around, and, just because I can, I thought I’d do a little round-up.
1. Cath Kidston has produced these lovely bags and tea towels. I have a bag :)
2. Lydia Leith, already mentioned here, I love Lydia’s temporary tattoo’s so much I now own 2 packets!
3. Ltd ed corgi tea-towels, printed onto vintage linens. I loved the embroidery on this one, and picked it up at the Printmarket Project last weekend.
4. These McLaggen Smith mugs are rather good too. The first thing of the list I don’t own!
5. A long-standing bookmark, this is really a very nice ring.
Ohai! Watch my corgi drawings improve now I’ve seen this.
Definitely something to do with Megan, maybe while wearing paper crowns on our heads! :)
The Atlantic wrote a hit piece about corgis. Why would anyone do that? Clearly they have never met a corgi.
Can’t believe anyone needs to ask that question…

Oh my word! AMAZING sketching app for iPad.
Lydia Leith has some fabulous new products to coincide with the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations in June… They include a Liz jelly mould and temporary tattoos. A corgi temporary tattoo no less. Don’t give me idea’s Lydia…! (via Creative Review - Lydia Leith’s Jubilee Jelly Mould)
…Have i posted this before? I can’t remember what I’ve seen and what I haven’t seen anymore!
Disabled Pets by Carli Davidson. Photographer Carli Davidson was inspired to create this beautiful and heartwarming series after seeing a German Shepherd in a wheelchair playing happily with its owner. According to Carli, “It was so happy, a dog doing what dogs do, totally undeterred by its disability. I felt inspired by the whole scenario. The owner made this choice out of love, to do a little extra work every day to make sure his friend was happy and comfortable.” (via Dog Milk)
